This is actually insane. Max should be brought down to 27. Potentially up to 120 listed players each week miss out on playing each round because squads are hoarding players and as a result of no 14th team, another 20 players have the week off for the sake of no team to play against. There's plenty of room in that 100-odd players who are missing out on playing each week to make way for a 14th team. "Talent" and "activity" are both bred through playing and playing regularly in this competition.

Just seems like such a missed opportunity here to cap squad sizes down and enable opportunity for that 14th team to come in for Season 37.
