Ophidian Old Boys Ruck - U2Tigers has finally had enough, and will be submitting an application to the Sweet F.A. Admin to take to the committee.

In round 5 no fewer then 7 Ruck Persons - 'The Heart and Soul' player of their Qootball teams, were subbed out of the position. This has become a huge trend this season, and it is an outrage that Midget Midfielders are allowed to come and an attempt to Ruck for their side. Midget Midfielders should not be allowed to even attempt to get a Hit out, as they are not up to executing what is the biggest art in Qootball.

U2Tigers had this to say " I will not allow this outrage to continue - So I will now being submitting an application to the Administration to take the following Rule change to the Committee"

"I will be submitting for an addition to be included to SEC [10]. Match Validity, to include a 5th reason for the Resim Policy for a match"

"I request the 5th reason be included as follows - A Ruck is subbed into another position or onto the interchange at any time of the match"

"This simple but necessary change can only improve the validity of the competition and will finally bring an end to the absurdity of a Ruck being replaced during a match by any midget Midfielder"

"I urge all Rucks to sign the petition to endorse this rule change by posting their agreement in the thread below."

RUCK OF THE WEEK

This was a difficult choice this week however I have decided to give the honours to Strigoi over Ant Bear this week. The hawks Ruck had a healthy 15 hit outs and 111 DT points from 26 possessions. Ant Bear had a great Rucking game coming into replace hack Ruck damicky this week. Ant Bear only had the 10 hit outs but kicked 3 important goals for the Swamprats to go along with his 100 DT points for the match. They were the clear stand outs this week.

Other News

DERRINALPHIL had a decent game where he kicked 3 goals and scored 88 DT points but wasn't able to hold top spot of the Power Rankings.

This is because cats2rise was able to rack up 17 Hit outs and 88 DT points this week, ensuring he went to 1st on the Power Rankings, but it is very tight between those two.

Cap was the unluckiest Ruck this week, being subbed out very early in the First Quarter, only managing 1 hit out. spudmaster didn't fare much better, only getting 5 hit outs before being dragged in the 2nd Quarter and not seeing any more match time from there.

Finally

I know I go on about this every week, but it really is becoming a huge issue, with more than half of the 12 Rucks being subbed out or moved positions in their matches this week. 7 Rucks out of 12 is beyond a joke.

Regarding my submission to the ADMIN, I am yet to hear back, however I am confident that my submission for a rule change, that if a Ruck is Subbed out or moved positions during a game, it will be grounds for a entire RE-SIM of the match. It might sound a drastic measure, however it is a disgrace that the Big People of the Sweet FA have to keep enduring this madness of Midget Midfielders coming in and getting hit outs. I will keep you posted.
