I reckon they have his vehicle entering and leaving the area later that Sunday and have metadata that places him within the same area as SM at the time of her alleged disappearance.


I wonder if they have metadata and/or CCTV images of his journey later that day south from Mt Clear.

That's a pretty vague statement anyway - that POS 'resides' in the Mt Clear area.
It has also been reported that he was living at Scotsburn, which is at least 10km from Mt Clear - you'd have to go through Buninyong and Mt Helen to get there.

Is there definitive evidence of where POS actually spent the night before SM disappeared?

And how can a young 22-year-old guy, remove so much evidence at the scene at Mt Clear where she was supposedly taken. Police couldn't even find a tissue of hers there. There was a time frame of three hours, before Mick called the police to report his wife missing and searches began for her. I think this was a premeditated targeted attack with others involved. The police have said he acted alone, but he might have acted alone in killing her, but someone/others involved in planning and removal of her body

The police are not obligated to give a true statement to the public, are they? They could say that they are not looking at anyone else to lull the others involved into a false sense of security.

For what reason thou and if it was a group why would POS be involved with said group.
A rumour doing the rounds was it had something to do with bikers. But wtf would SM have to.do.with them?
Also one thing I don't get is the 5 o'clock ping. I'm guessing no.pings if a phone is in water so.presumably was chucked than. Means whoever did this had 6 hours at least to drive out and hide SM which could be anywhere. Or did the accuse come back the phone went off and they've chucked it then?

people on here have posted about some sort of cctv footage of POS in a roundabout taken at 6:00 or thereabouts on 4/2/2024. I have seen media reports that police had been searching the areas connected to Elsworth, Joseph and Butt Street. Does anyone know if this search could be connected to this roundabout cctv footage that C294 (north south direction) and Elsworth (west east direction)? Note: The yellow colour of the roundabout and road has been applied to google earth, I believe it may have been applied by law enforcements as where this is evident, street view n o longer functions. Is this part of the route that Samantha is believed to have taken?

Yep I am aware of this, but what a coincidence that his parents (allegedly)lived in Mt Clear and Mt Clear appears to be the general location/ area police believe Samantha was (allegedly) murdered in. Mt Clear is a lot closer to Ballarat for him to bunk down for the night after the pub crawl with his mates isn't it, than traveling to Buninyong.

Yes or shoe imprints, tyre tread, fragments/pieces from earpods, clothing, they could have anything. (although we don’t know of course.)

I do wonder if POS had grabbed at his phone to take an incoming call/message or to make a call/message, and left the road out of control, and an 'accident' occurred with Samantha and he had panicked?

Satnav doesn't emit GPS signals. It receives them only.
