You might be right, but you would admit the Daily Mail does print a lot of hearsay and are not proper journalists.
I think it would be better if the police gave out more info but they are probably worried about getting a fair trial.

Because they're too concerned about becoming a victim themselves.

Maybe SM was one of genuine 5% of people who put someone else ahead of her own safety, and paid the ultimate price.

Years ago while working for another major multinational news media company , a photographer did just that when a ..... was housed next to a primary school. We always used to say when hes on your case your done.

It's not that SM wouldn't stand up, it's that if this scenario happened his gf would be dead too or he would have been arrested much sooner

There were no witnesses to the actual crime which was allegedly in a public place in broad daylight. So if nobody was around to see the crime, nobody saw the offender leave with the body. After that point, the offender could be careful about where when and how they disposed of the body. They would have had at least 3 hours before SM was reported missing. By then the body might have been moved a significant distance.

Patrick Stephenson (case P11510846) is from Socit-Westgate which is from Werribee.
Ballarat has it's own Socit unit so if it was Patrick Orren Stephenson you would think that it would come from Socit-Ballarat.

Further P11510846 is sheduled for the Melbourne Magistrates' Court rather than the Ballarat Magistrate's Court.

I assume that it is someone different with the same name from the Werribee area.

Except there was a bond hearing in Ballarat in January, which links to the upcoming hearing this Friday (which is the SOCIT one).
