This is part of the reason why you should be able to dress 3 QBs on game day. The concussion situation now means we're going to see more QBs go down. And as much as I love Kyle Juszczyk - I don't think it's great for the game to have him throwing spirals

Do you only get picks when they take a higher job? I wouldn't have thought you'd get a pick if they went from DC to DC.

Most teams don't even carry more than 2 qbs on the active roster let alone game day.

You don't game plan all week to take on a team with the defense like the Eagles and have the time to plan a contingency for CMC to run the offense for an extended period.

I think Shanahan is frustrated. Lance has the tools he craves but is a work in progress. Limited playbook. While Purdy is steady but limited, like he already suffered with Jimmy (why Lance was drafted, so that they could have a potential Josh Allen).

Flopping back and forth between two QBs seldom works. It's better to have THE guy. Hes gotta hope that Lance develops and supercedes Purdy.

No need to rush Purdy at all, give him 12 months and hope Lance take his opportunity to start the year and runs (not between the tackles) with it
