What I noticed in this video....theyve got Lance working his reads one side of the field only, like how the Steelers and Seahawks managed Roethlisberger and Wilson in their rookie seasons. Perfect example is the first pass play....the primary and secondary reads are to his right and thats where he looks only, he isnt being asked yet to progress to a 3rd and 4th read. He's not yet ready imo to have a breakout Josh Allen type season as they're still just training-wheeling him along. That breakout season will come 2023 when hes fully confident with reads and progressions, able to look off safeties and all that.

With the wealth of talent around him, Lance won't have to be a superstar for the 49ers to fulfill their lofty expectations.
We were 10-7 last season before winning the 2 playoff games, I'd hope to atleast match that with the growing pains.
