I've only proposed them as allegations. These complainants have been screened by lawyers and accepted as clients, many were knocked back.

This isn't something I want to believe BTW but it is what it is and this lawyer claims to have proof with names of those who were in company and/or participating.

This lawyer's going for all of them, not just Diddy. Participants, enablers, anybody who encouraged or facilitated the conduct, persons who stood by and did nothing while the abuse was occurring, venue owners, entities who knew and did nothing, any entity who helped cover it up, he wants full accountability.

I'd love to see it happen. People who know about criminal acts taking place and elect to do nothing have a lot to answer for in my opinion.

However, these types of cases involving multiple potential indictees require time, lots of it, to get prepared and the whole Diddy situation will have long faded from the news cycle and everyone's thought processes by the time it goes to trial.

Possibly, maybe it depends on the circumstances. They might negotiate for immunity, if they were actually there when a crime was being committed and they taped it.
