Im almost always when there is smoke there is fire, but given how damaged MJ was, it would not surprise me if he just wanted to hang around kids. He was very child like in many ways and his behaviour may be linked to that. Prince Andrew on the other hand

In Perth, the two celebrities names who always are raised by people in the child protection/families/communities sector are Michael Jackson and Barry Cable.
Both allegedly have victims (plural) here in the West.

There has always been talk around Jackson and kids and the documentary recently certainly indicated he was horrendous, I also think that is highly possible also

Nope.
There was a civil case which returned a verdict of guilty (much like the Lehrmann verdict). Criminal charges have only now been brought but as Cable is nearly 81, he almost certainly won't get gaol time if found guilty.
