King Island triple cream brie is a favourite. They also do a good one at Mt Compass.

Though the cheese shop I frequent has a Délice de Bourgogne which is beautifully creamy. Some of the washed rind cheeses are excellent too. There's a chèvre gris that I'm particularly partial to.
