I reinstalled Steam finally after a few years not using it. Spent yesterday playing a couple of old games when I really should have been prepping our team thread. Well, whatchah gonna do?

Unfortunately I lost my The Forest save where I'd built paths all over the place. That was annoying.

Full disclaimer: I have nothing against the city of Geelong. Family lives in a region between Geelong and Barwon heads so I travel through there a fair bit.

I ended up at a party full of complete strangers in Geelong once. Woke up on the floor of some strangers house among about 10 other revellers.

It was after a 4-game praccy between Geelong & Fitzroy at some oval in the north of town, and they sold beer. So I don't think I can be blamed.

Nope. I like staying home in Australia. I've never seen the fuss about travelling overseas when we have a great, vast country right here.

Raised in Brisbane in 1990's, my first few AFL games were always Brisbane VS Geelong. I still have thin memories of sitting on the grassy hill and watching Geelong smack a few goals over my head. This was very early 1990's, could have been Cerarra oval (The oval Skase built).

Geelong will always be a team and club important to me because it helped me reconnect with family as well.

Chris Scott is a bloody legend as well. Met him many times. Hell, we were on TV together The Great Outdoors back in 1998 with Ernie Dingo.

Nugget is a bloody legend.
