Well it is an interesting ruling, the re-sim bit, especially in context. Given the Bears players changed out were literally an OUT -> CHB swap you could literally just find and replace the name of the player on the sim output and it would make no difference to anything.

Unless of course player names had some sort of impact on the sim, but pretty sure they don't, although your good self would probably argue that one
