Travelled from Perth with my wife and 2 eldest boys (they will be part of the #uncaged squad tonight) for the game. Did an early scout of the German Club and hunted down Essendon uncles - am I doing this right?

Hey Lioncub,

Have you received any info about the uncaged squad? I bought the ticket the other day, had a phone call on Wednesday to ask about shirt sizes but nothing since so have no idea where to go for it

Equally excited and nervous about tonight. For those who'll be at the ground, cheer them loudly for me!

First final in 10 years and, sadly, I'll be relying on score updates and watching it on delay. 😢 I mean, I love my wife and I'm glad we're celebrating a noteworthy anniversary, but geez it's an inconvenient time of year to have gotten married!!

Similar to me. Ten years ago was my wife’s 30th birthday party and tonight is her 40th. 🤪🤪🤪

Totally unsure which team it suits better if it's windy.

You'd be hoping that chaotic conditions away from their beloved MCG might throw the Tigers.

absoutley have to lock down on the tubbie Tigers in the first qtr , cannot afford to let them use their standard game plan of getting a 5 goal break in the first and then cover the opposition scoring for the rest of the game , that's what they have been doing for weeks . Got to be ON from the first bounce and be furious at the ball

A better option up forward? I very much doubt it. McStay has shown great physical commitment to the contest the last few weeks in a way Walker never could and never has. At his best Walker has been a very good intercept marking defender. But he has many more poor games than good ones and doesn't impact the contest the way McStay does. If a defender goes down then he's potentially next in line but until then not.

Would agree Walker is very limited. Good replacement for Harris as an interceptor but not much else.

Not disagreeing with you about how vital a good start is, but a couple of games ago, Richmond was down 43-19 at quarter time and still pegged West Coast. So they've got a few ways to win...but so do we. 🙂
