Marissa Tomei was set up by a friend of Elaine, it was an early episode but I can't remember who he was set up with though.

I do know Jerry and Elaine promise to tell each other every thing about the date as Elaine is good friends with the person they set George up with. This may have also been the episode where George got the faulty condom from Kramer.

I think the woman was played by the woman who was Chandlers ex [Janice] in Friends but I can't remember her character was in Seinfeld [i.e friend of Elaine].
