I went with Hodge cause I'm biast and I wouldn't trade Hodgey for anyone but boy that Selwood is gonna be one of the best.

Definitely Hodge. Selwood has been the better performer this year, but since moving into the midfield Hodge has been the better player.

who was more valuable on grand final day last year? i think we all know the answer to that. Hodge is more of a leader, has better skills, tougher and can play anywhere on the ground.

Both were fantastic, and Hodge is older and more experienced. Selwood is ahead now, and no one could possibly deny that. Considering Selwood has more scope for improvement as a 21 year old, you'd think that he is more valuable.
Ahhhh I certainly could.
I think Hodge is the better player now, just. Why? Because hodges best is better than Selwoods best simple as that. What the future holds we certainly cannot be sure of but I reckon they will both go down as out and out guns come retirment.
Saying that I would probably take Selwood in a fantasy draft due to age if it came down to it.
Hodge has had two good games in the midfield. Selwood has had about 15.

To go along with his landslide victory in the biggest diver in the AFL poll.
Fair dinkum the amount of free kicks this guy stages for is making Judd, Ablett and Lloyd look like complete amateurs.
The kid is a fabulous footballer but his blatant dropping to his knees and throwing his head back are a disgrace.

Time and time again Geelong fans have asked for evidence he does this, and time and time again no evidence has been presented. It's obvious the only reason is that no such evidence exists.

Hodge is a gun at all positions, especially CHF and CHB...

Hodge has the skill set to be the best player in the league but never seems to perform at his best for more than 2 or 3 weeks at a time.
Selwood maintains an extremely high level of performance compared to his very best and would be much more valuable to a team.
