I haven't been to anything like this before, but looking to take the missus down on Saturday. Can we bring stuff like chairs, or for sitting on the ground should we be bringing something like a picnic rug?

They usually have that high strength cardboard furniture at the Family Day early in the year, they might have some of that set up, especially if the grass is a bit dewy

Doubt chairs would be allowed on the ground actually...they've got seats in the legends stand...maybe if Luca isn't in Perth he could update us

Hi guys,

Yeah, not encouraging chairs as it'll restrict the view of those who are bringing rugs. There will be plenty of seating in the Legends Stand.

As I'll be offline for the rest of the afternoon, send me a tweet if you have any more questions - @luca_gonano.

The boys trained really well this morning... Let's hope they turn it on tomorrow night.

Luca.

So who's deciding to go to this thing?

My sister, my girlfriend and I are considering it but not totally sure.

I want to know how big the screen is and whether the viewing will be any good from the stand.

We will probably leave around 5.30 and check it out and if it blows then we will have plenty of time to drive home and watch it.

3m by 5m screen I believe

Cheers boys.

Tough decision, but the atmosphere could be great.

Anyone go to the Carlton-Geelong game at Visy in the preseason? The crowd was great!

That's what I'm hoping this will be like.

How far will the screen be from the legends stand?

The CFC put on a good night.
Everything flowed pretty well, except for the sore losers that wanted to bash the rubbish bins, when we lost.
I hope you did your ugly fists some damage.

Poor bins.

Yeah I saw that harks, I might add he looked like his decision making ability was a bit foggy
