He started poorly and got better. Reckon he would have learned alot.
After that he went and spent a decade under Clarkson.
He is ready for his second chance and i reckon he would clean out the list right away.

And to think some of us laughed at Richmond supporters in 2016 or at Pies supporters in 2017 . Sack the coach. First thing that happens to supporters brains when things are bad. Maybe I am a bit meh about it because my expectations where not super high.

He is the list manager and has been since 2007. He is certainly part of the problem.
Woosha is passed it. Buckley and Dimma still had the passion and drive. Good to recruit post-saga, but it's time to move on.
For the most part I haven’t had an issue with the players drafted and recruited, the game plan for me has always been a query and one the players have struggled to get right, nothing Dodoro can do about that.
Don't want the coach sacked - yes, he's accountable for a team that isn't currently delivering. But this team has shown that when they're on, they mean business.
That said, I have concerns with the lack of tagging and selection process - need to change a few things up there.
