This is very true. Kebabs in early hours of Sunday mornings who knows what was in those.

Back in my uni days (ANU in Canberra), there was a food truck parked permanently in one of the parking lots located between the city & campus

It only opened about 9pm or so - I remember walking past slightly earlier in the evening and it was frustratingly closed

Students favorites were always chips & gravy, kebabs & jam donuts - they knew their market, and operated it perfectly
