Aww I think Canberra is a beautiful city. But yeah, it has its problems like the rest of us I guess. Very expensive, hard to make friends if you weren't born there (a friend of mine lived there for 5 years and struggled to make friends due to its transience).

The beaches are very beautiful over in South Australia as well

Hopefully you get to visit Adelaide Oval also, much better than any stadium over here in Canberra.

Years ago I was in Adelaide for a few weeks with my work. One weekend I was walking aimlessly around and came across this
silver caravan parked next to a park selling food - pie floaters. There was an old hobo sitting nearby tucking in with the occasional
hit on his flagon of port. Every now and then, he'd burp or have some sort of reflux episode and he'd spew a bit of what he'd just
swallowed back up into his bowl. Didn't seem to worry him, he kept on eating his meal. True story.
