Just between you and me... I'm at the stage of life where I'm losing height!fu** off! Just because you’re a foot taller than a normal human should be.
I hear ya. I’m losing inches! I’m still the same height though.Just between you and me... I'm at the stage of life where I'm losing height!
I know you’ve always looked up to me.
See that TheCoach16 another one that looks up to you.
How big are you...erm I mean how tall are you?Yeah, as I said... shortarse.
Shut up dickhead.Yeah, as I said... shortarse.
Tony Lynn 15 , as per every one of your media pieces, this is a touch of genius. However, I feel it would be incomplete if there wasn’t some information regarding yourself. Now of course you are way too humble to post about yourself. But this is a thread about the SFA captains. Not about the SFA captains, bar one. So I’m doing some research, and I’ve uncovered a little something that I think is relevant to this thread...
No. They’re mine. I’m not handing those over! But I did find this...Was it those dick pics??
I honestly had forgotten what this thread was actually about. So the next Captain will be the charismatic and charming finals specialist from the Bombers TheCoach16
I actually found this in a Stephen Covey leadership book, he was rated in the top 3 leaders of all time. Huge praise from one of the great writers on this subject. Here is the leadership Dossier for TheCoach16 that was compiled after his Draft Camp in 2008.
If there was a cloning factory that took on board all of the best leadership qualities of the worlds finest leaders and combined them into one person, you have TheCoach16. I have never witnessed someone so young lead the way that he does. He was an inspiration to everyone in the Junior Bombers and truly lead by example at all times. He has charisma, the looks of a Hollywood movie star, the body of an Adonis and more mental strength than a Navy Seal. This guy will go on and lead teams, win games off his own boot and grow strong leadership teams around him. We have never seen a leader like him at this age group and it is unlikely we ever will again. This guy could walk straight into a captaincy position and dominate the league from day one. Just do not ask him to share his food.
So now I open this up to some of the Bombers leaders in KohPhi WaynesWorld19 Norma Lee Ava CALL ME SNAKE beez and WFL as well as the broader SFA community to provide their thoughts on TheCoach16 and his leadership style. Is the scouting document an accurate account of how he leads his team?
I honestly had forgotten what this thread was actually about.
How many classes are there? I'll just come back in 9 weeks and binge the whole thing in an afternoon. You are showing poor leadership mate, stick around and you may learn something.
Oi! He gets all the leadership tips he needs at the Furi... sorry, carry on.You are showing poor leadership mate, stick around and you may learn something.
It's a term of endearment you cockroach.
Get some heels.Just between you and me... I'm at the stage of life where I'm losing height!
If there's tongue involved maybe a reason to stay... ?I reckon this could be why CazC30 is leaving...she's had a tongue lashing
I find that TL's most endearing quality is his hesitancy to talk about himself - you have to drag it out of him. Such selflessness makes him an ideal captain.No. They’re mine. I’m not handing those over! But I did find this...
John. C. Maxwell wrote one of the most respected books on leadership. This is what he had to say on Tony Lynn 15 ’s leadership qualities when asked to assess players at a draft camp.
One can be a leader by name, or by nature. Tony Lynn 15 is certainly the latter. He needs no title to lead, although I am certain he will be bestowed with a significant title at some point.
It’s often said that leaders take others where they want to go. But it’s only the truly special leaders, leaders like Tony Lynn 15 who take people where they don’t want to go, but need to be. He instills in others, a courage, a desire, a confidence, to go beyond what they thought was possible. To lead ordinary people into extraordinary achievement.
He not only knows the way. He SHOWS the way.
Tony did not set out to be a leader. He didn’t chase leadership. He evolved into a leader through the quality of his actions, and the integrity of his character.
Wherever this young man ends up, one thing is clear, he will inspire, he will translate vision into reality, he will not tell anyone what to do but he will show everyone how it’s done. He will not seek out success and culture, he will build and mould it. And I’m confident that the day will come, when this young lad will play a game that will top all games before it, and lead his side to a premiership. This is a leader amongst leaders. Always has been. Always will be.
I find that TL's most endearing quality is his hesitancy to talk about himself - you have to drag it out of him. Such selflessness makes him an ideal captain.
It's perfectly OK to be proud of your modesty.I am a very modest man Phil. Just so happens I am a modest man that had 151 DT points in a grand final.
It's perfectly OK to be proud of your modesty.
OK I realise how much self praise pains you, so I won't push any further.Oh mate you know I dont like to talk about it.
