After watching the games over the weekend I think Robinvale, Merbein will really struggle this year it will be another long year for them
I know it's only pre season games and they don't count :eek:
My early ladder predictions
Irymple
Red cliffs
Wentworth
Imps
South
Mildura
Robinvale
Merbein

Do the blokes that did the top 20 even go to football games? :confused:
The players to watch part was funny I thought because them players hardly got a kick in the pre season games! :mad:

McManus has signed an exclusive contract with Merbein, which currently houses extremely famous talents such as Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas. Big Jabba who is getting payed big coin can only play 5 or so games for the year.
 
With round 1 starting tomorrow many people out there with some predictions?
Irymple vs robinvale - irymple by 50+
Merbein vs wentworth - Wenty by 30
South vs Red Cliff - will be interesting south by 15
Mildura vs Imps - imps by 20

Anyone with any news on how Todd Hughes ended up with a supposed broken jaw today?
Not sure about the above either can anyone provide some information?

they have grown an extra head at redcliffs again. arrogance. mockies and now a full set of teeth!

totally against racial abuse no matter what circumstances, that supporter should be named and shamed! need to understand though you cant go kicking or kneeing players in the head.

typical to hear it happened at red cliffs though, there hill would have to be the worst in sunraysia for abuse of any kind.
 
Was at the Imps v Mildura game & what happened to Hughes was disgraceful. Hit from behind, Hughes should charge him & sue for damages.
League need to act after RC v SM & now Hughes copping that.
Not much said about the flying kick from Kirby well before the abuse incident.
That spectator needs to be banned from all football.
 
Who hit Hughes? Surely not one of the new Imps players? Hears one of them has been playing up

agree agree agree, lowest of acts kicking someone but has been over looked due to the racial abuse and dan hickey needs to retire if he is going to do that, the new imps bloke will come un stuck he will be a hero to the wrong bloke

Sicker should try making a name for himself by getting a kick instead of being a tool.

Probably need to take a deep breath after round one, not a great deal of good news stories... Imps sick of getting beaten up during the last few years need to concentrate on the footy, probably got sucked in... Red Cliffs up and about the big improvers, Imps v Red Cliffs this week might take us back to those classic games they played in the 90's and early 2000's...Who can step in for Hughes at Mildura? I had them top 4, going to struggle now...
 
Two rounds of the season done and dusted and only 22 posts for April, pretty boring.
April 2010 40 posts and quite interesting at that.
Does this tell us anything about S.F.N.L. footy 2013.?????
 
Irymple well in front of anyone, Red Cliff, Imps and Mildura look much better than last year and no real easy beats this year. Merbein the slider to the bottom of the ladder will be tough going for them but will still be competitive for 2-3 quarters most weeks.

Sad for Merbein, big time recruit Andy A pulled the pin "couldnt keep up" good to see there 2nd's winning :thumbsu:
