Is this kind of money the result of a war chest which has been saved up over time for a small window to win it, or is this going to be a sign of the future with their funds?
Either way they will be there abouts when the season ends based on the names being thrown around.
Come on mate. 110k / 3 players/ 18 games is more than 2k per player per game.

Gun Chelsea Heights players Paul Fox and Paul Larkin are on the move to Newborough bulldogs on good money by all reports.
East Brighton in the SFL have secured 3 ex Coburg VFL players from Doutta Stars. Only name I know is Rayson.
Travis Ridgway Old Haileybury gun to return back to St. Paul's in the Southern football league. Trav kicked 123 go...als in his last year in the SFL in 2010. Also big talk of St Paul's gun Adam McIntyre off to rivals East Brighton for $1200 per game. Bentleigh FC who have just been promoted to the SFL Div 1 are chasing Shane Tuck and Will Thursfield.
Lyndon Toyne signed at Cheltenham Rosellas in the SFL for 850 a game plus goal bonuses.
Dingley gun Josh Boyle rumored to be in talks with Frankston Dolphins coach Goosey about a midfield spot in the VFL.
Young promising ruckman from mordialloc Sean Van Velsen has been offered big money to return to noble park in the EFL.
Micheal Comben from leongatha fc in the Gippsland league has been offered bulk cash to play at Taronga Malvern.

Owdy folks... Yeah, have had a fair chunk of Senior experience move on or retire.
Moor & Downie to CPL.
Probably Gilda to play with his boss Ogia at Edi-Asp.
Ash Roberts & Phil Smith have retired.
And yeah, probably the biggest shock was Attard crossing the baseball field to Chelsea, which was fairly disappointing.
The Fox & Larkin one from Local Footy rumours is a joke, as neither are players.
Anyways, we probably went as far as we could with that group, so hopefully the fact that we've been blooding youngsters for a couple years will hold us in good stead. I think we had 12-14 players under 21 play in our last final. We'll definitely need to recruit some players and there should be a bit of money available after those fella's leaving.
So disappointing? Certainly. But we move on.

It happens and you're right, by blooding the youngsters it keeps them keen knowing they can be the next group to take the club forward.

Speaking of the team the otherside of the baseball field, rumours were going around during the finals that Chelsea had been linked to come across in 2014. Has anyone heard anymore on this? Or do we just assume that now they have a new coach in Howroyd with Attard, Bruno & others, that they will stay in the MPNFL.
Keysborough & Hampton Park are also other teams always talked about every year, flogging a dead horse there as well??

Bruno destination still undecided, may still stay at Doggies.
Don't think there will be any more than say 1 team come across if any, but you never know.
