Hi everyone, welcome to the Sir Doug Nicholls Round thread. After the discussion and guernsey drops took place in the New Jumpers thread as it fairly standard, I have moved everything across to its own individual thread ahead of the next fortnight's games being played.

Not exactly tonights jumper but Richmond had all their indigenous jumpers on display in the social club. Some are PI as well.

The bold yellow really does look so much better than those mustard abominations from the BLK era.

However I’d actually prefer something more in the middle – a bit like the colour of the blocks that the guernseys are resting on.

Hawthorn v Brisbane: whilst not the worst clash, this game is a bit of a mess visually. The Lions could use a white based strip for games like this one.

But both teams could have worn coloured shorts with home jumpers, and it would still be better.

For all we know, Port may have requested to wear their white kit, maybe they already had it made and wanted to get some use out of it.
