I'll definitely be buying one of the new Portugal kits.

Also I guess this means Australia will be getting a similar kit soon...

That's a solid 'Shop... and exactly how I assume it would look...

I need a new Dutch kit, and they look best with blue, so I'll nab one of the newies. However, these Nike templates are terrible. Because of how obvious the templates elements are, every national side basically looks like a recolour – pretty disrespectful and half-hearted.

That Socceroos shirt looks shit too. Booorrrrrring, looks like something you'd get from Kappa in 2006.

You kidding? That looks fantastic

I was going to say! Looks great! For a 2016/17 kit I don't mind it if we have a template kit as long as the colours are bang on and it pulls off well. For World and Asian cup years however I'd like something more unique.

What I meant was the quality of the edit wasn't as clean as the home. The design itself does look nice.

I don't get why people are surprised/upset at Nike using the same generic template for each team- it's not as if they haven't done it before and everyone seemed to love what they did around 2004/05 with the T90 template that EVERY team used...

It is a new "revolutionary" template, so it makes sense that most of the designs are similar as they are still perfecting it. Once this happens then we will see some variation in the designs.

Still though, Nike and Adidas have both done it and everyone loved it (Nike's T90 design and the Adidas WC2006 design) - it doesn't look bad at all, it's nice, it's simplistic. But yeah, we probably will see more variation in the future.

Here we go. The people at Footy Headlines have this in store for us.

The Australian home kit is not based on Nike's new Vapor kit template. Instead, the Australia 2016-2017 home jersey echoes the design of the new South Korea and Turkey national team kits. Like those two shirts, the new Australia kit boasts a graphic print on the front.

It's not yet known which color will be used for the Australia 2016 home kit shorts, although it's likely that Nike will combine the yellow Australia 2016 shirts with shorts of the same color, and differently colored socks.

I can live with that, fresh design, hopeful green shorts, not too sure about yellow top/yellow shorts combo

Brazil has contrasting shorts and socks with their new kit (blue shorts, white socks), so we should be able to as well.

That green is supposed to be baggy... BAGGY!

Nah, that's actually a really great shade. Although, would you be able to add a yellow ring above the cuffs?

Yeah really dig the all-gold look. I am a major advocate for the Socceroos mixing things up. Different socks and shorts and away kit colours makes the national team look less predictable.

Green shorts and white socks for the 'Championship strips' (World Cup/Asian Cup). All-gold for the years inbetween.

We should also absolutely give all dark green another go, and I say all sky blue (Australia's first ever national team colour) a good crack. Wouldn't mind a red shirt, yellow shorts, black socks Aboriginal look either as a once-off.

Personally I've never been a fan of the white socks, it looms like amateur athletics stuff. Gold socks and shirt green shorts is PERFECT.

Silent Alarm I love that idea. Even as a once off home kit around reconciliation day would be great
