My thoughts too, this is PaddyPower after all, they own SportsBet.I've got a feeling it's genius marketing by that particular betting agency and the kit won't be legitimate at all.
Think about it, it's got everyone talking.

As soon as I saw it I thought the same. That marketing manager will be getting a nice little bonus. The guidelines for shirt sponsors are pretty clear.I've got a feeling it's genius marketing by that particular betting agency and the kit won't be legitimate at all.

Hate it. I had such high hopes for puma. I mean the homes FINE, but that away is terrible, and yeah, it's almost a bad joke now to complain about melbourne heart, but they were important to people and formed a unique identity which is rapidly being gentrified.

I don't mind the kit, but thought the promo video was a bit strange. Kept talking about West London and the Chelsea area, mentioned the great music that originated form the area, but then proceeded to play The Beatles, who are famously from another UK city...Chelsea away kit.
Chelsea away kit.
Looks like someone made the new kit for PES2014.Is the middle pic a terrible render/fifa shot? it doesn't look quite right to me
new WSW kit?
Admittedly this is from the A-league memes FB page but seems legit
Actual Huddersfield Town kit revealed - with no sponsor logo
No logo on actual new kit for the 2019/20 season
By Steven Chicken
To the surprise of absolutely nobody, that intentionally abominable Huddersfield Town kit has been revealed as a publicity stunt for Town's new title sponsor
- 09:05, 19 JUL 2019
- UPDATED 09:45, 19 JUL 2019
Town had earlier 'announced' the new home shirt would be emblazoned with the name of the bookmaking giant in enormous letters as part of a diagonal sash across the kit.
The real shirt is much like the one that was unveiled but with the crest restored to the right of the kit as you look at it - and NO sponsor logo.
The kit will be on sale from Saturday morning.
Paddy Power - who earlier this year announced preliminary revenues of £1.9bn for 2018 - have prior form for these kinds of delightful wheezes, leading most right-thinking Town fans to see through the prank straight away - like a not-so-subtly placed whoopee cushion under a suspiciously precarious sofa cushion.
Nonetheless the campaign will be considered an enormous marketing hit for the new sponsor, with Town's 'announcement' receiving thousands of replies, retweets and shares on social media as well as widespread media coverage.
A Town press release said: "The shirt is part of Paddy Power’s new ‘Save Our Shirt’ campaign; an initiative that is backing a move towards unbranded football kits, effectively returning the shirt back to the fans.
"As a result, Paddy Power has relinquished the space on the front of the shirt that the company would be due as title sponsor."
Huddersfield Town’s Commercial Director Sean Jarvis said: "We’re happy to support Paddy Power’s ‘Save Our Shirt’ campaign with the launch of our actual 2019/20 home kit this morning.
"It has been a very interesting two days since the original launch on Wednesday, which we expected, but we've always had in mind that our supporters would understand, and really like the real kit when it was properly revealed today.
"We’re really happy with this kit, which is unique in modern-day football. I’d like to thank Paddy Power, Umbro and everyone else involved in the kit for their hard work towards today."
Paddy Power MD, Victor Corcoran, said: "Shirt sponsorship in football has gone too far. We accept that there is a role for sponsors around football, but the shirt should be sacred.
"So today we are calling on other sponsors to join the Save Our Shirt campaign, and give something back to the fans.
"As a sponsor, we know our place, and it’s not on your shirt."
I like it. But interesting from Paddy Power to give up shirt rights. And more to it, Paddy Power has relinquished their rightful position as front of shirt sponsor in an attempt to bring back the unbranded look of the past.
Agree. Liverpool without a sponsor would be worse then having one. Standard Chartered goes in well, so did Carlsberg.I think there are some kits that look great without sponsors, but honestly a well designed sponsor logo can really add to a jersey, and to a point enhance them.
A nice middle ground would be to go back to seeing sponsors logos being integrated into the design be it as a black/white out or having the colours match the design. Emirates do this pretty well.
Gorgeous.
Is it just me, or is this fine? For a team that has navy in its logo, I like it.*Laughs in Arsenal*
Couldn't be happier the Gunners are back with Adidas. Some of our on pitch stuff has been atrocious. Usually the supporter wear and training gear is pretty good.
But when you end up with
And this
Now they’re auctioning off the 18 paddy power kits. Some bids have hit 2,000 pounds. InsaneGenius advertising from paddy power
Make a fake kit where they are plastered on - get humongous traction and uproar - create a kit without them on so that when fans see it they think about former kit where they are plastered on
Can’t figure out if I think this is awesome or gross. Don’t really get why we went with red tho, the only team that we really clash with is wolves with their orange, not sure the red with yellow trim will fix that.
