Wow, a few weeks of driving and your an expert.
If you're doing the speed limit on the right lane and being tailgated, while there is an empty left lane ... MOVE OVER! Regardless of whether you're doing the speed limit or not, it's not your job to enforce it.
However, if you're already in the left lane and being tailgated while doing the speed limit, the tailgater can **** off.
If you want to break the law, move to the left, not the bloke doing the speed limit. If you're doing the speed limit on the right lane and being tailgated, while there is an empty left lane ... MOVE OVER!
Country folk should be able to go faster as they know how to drive at the speeds, city folk that never drive on highways should stick doing your 100 in the right hand lane.

True but as a result they tend to have a more laidback attitude and in most cases are more reckless when they driveAlso, country folk would have been driving since they were knee high to a grasshopper, first in Pa's tractor and then driving the ute around roo huntin' and pig stickin'.
Oh my god, take a joke!

Would you like to know a fact about country drivers?
I was an area manager with an insurance company that serviced the farmers federation, we had a very large slice of the farming insurance market.
We did an analysis of motor vehicle claims, broke it down using several parameters, one set of figures is relevant to your post, there was no appreciable difference in the %'s of motor vehicle claims based on the postcodes of the policies
That is per every 1000 vehicles insured, the number of claims was roughly equal for suburban vehicles vs. country vehicles.
The major difference we found was that the average payout per claim was higher for country based vehicles than it was for suburban.
So the old wives tale about country kids being better drivers is basically just that, an urban myth
The majority of dirt road accidents were single vehicle events due to speed (it was surprising the high number of rollovers included in that figure)
The majority of highway accidents were due to fatigue
It does not matter a damn if your were a city boy or a country boy, fatigue on the highways gets everyone
Speeding on the dirt is just stupidity.
Fatigue will obviously get to you but some of the dumb driving habits I have seen that have nearly caused accidents were not due to fatigue. I would say more impatience would be a high cause of accidents also.
That's what the country boys and girls do, they are that confident they are blasé, they speed, they lose control
The figures do not lie.
Again the figures do not lie, you're having a bit of a guess based on your own experience, I was privy to the actuarial facts and figures
