I have scrolled thru this thread to avoid spoilers but I just wanted to wonder aloud here why McDonalds thought this was a good tie in and why Luna Park Sydney has a SG set up…like do any of their airheads actually watch SG?

Marbles in S1 changed the whole series for me.

I’ve settled on Korean, the dubbing sounded so jarring to me.

Always in Korean, it's such an expressive language. Tried going to dubbing in the season 1 scenes with the VIPs speaking in English and it was worse.

Overall, a good season, and eagerly awaiting S3. Sort of irritated that it is effectively S2 Part 2 but I do give credit to the show's writers that we have some fairly decent new characters.

I really regret not watching a Season 1 recap; I had no idea who was who in the first episode

2021 is a whitewash of memory for me. A year robbed so remembering S1 was a challenge

Caught up with it all last night.

Overall enjoyed it quite a bit, notwithstanding some odd decisions by characters, especially 456's plan at the end. Seemed like one of desperation and surprised me how he suddenly was cool to make a bunch of sacrifices, but then again maybe he was just that desperate and I suppose if not for Front Man, it probably would have came off.

I really really liked 120 (sorry, I just can't remember Korean names generally). Thought they handled a trans character better than a lot of Western media tbh. A real vulnerability to the character but also shit-ton of inner strength when the chips were down, thanks to the special forces background she was definitely one of the most kickass people when it came to gun play.

Not sure if anyone else has spotted this but Google have an Easter Egg tag that floats on the screen (when you search Squid Game) and clicking it takes you to the Doll Game/Red Light Green Light where you have to get 6 people across the line
