Was a perfect opportunity to embed KFC as a major sponsor of the next 30 years.

All they had to do was replace the Stickman with Chickman and re-word the slogan as “Strength through Gravy and Mash”.

Very short sighted by the club.

It could have been worse, we might have been unveiled as the Dare Iced Coffee Saints. Dodged a bullet there!

Seriously "Our home. Our club. Our name. This is St Kilda." and then the name on the logo is spelt wrong.

'Fortius Quo Fidelius' wordmark gone as well.

Once upon a time these design guides were just used to highlight any not-so-obvious design cues or symbols.

They really don’t need to explain what “St Kilda” is and why it’s written there.

Not to mention it’s wrong. St Kilda isn’t the club’s home and hasn’t been since the 1960s.

Well... that kind of stuff is really only expected of the fans, especially when it comes to buying memberships. In this era where footy is a business, the players, the coach, the staff etc all can come and go according to the deals they are offerred.
