Thought I'd kick off the match discussion. I'm a bit concerned with us going in as favourites, and it worries me that Riewoldt and Koschitzke are sort of due for big matches. Need Burnsy and Trav to fire, and Dawes and Anthony to kick a bag between them if we want to win. Not nearly as confident this week as I was last week though.

Favourites? In whose eyes? Most of the pundits have bet against us saying Riewoldt will fire up for Robert Harvey. I'm with Monty when he says we're a 50/50.

Im liking the weather at the moment, Windy, Warm, and we all know the saints love a roof over their heads.

I'm not sure we are favourites. After all they have all these "stars" and "champions". Our kids are pretty raw, we are missing Shaw and Didak who are among our best, Of course I hope we win but mostly I hope the kids keep giving a good account of themselves. I'd hate to see them clobbered in a final. Our record is good against them and the kids have been amazing to date. so who knows. Im nervous as hell.
How about you stop trying to bag my team?
The last 10-20 years we have had management issues and we have come close to premierships and have just gotten unlucky.
Sure maybe we will never be successful, but at least we Saints supporters are true to our cause, we dont hop on the bandwagons, we stick through it through thick and thin.
We are the true metal of the competition, no matter if we lose or win tonight, i like all other saints fans will stick it through and keep on cheering.

The last 10-20 years we have had management issues and we have come close to premierships and have just gotten unlucky.
Sure maybe we will never be successful, but at least we Saints supporters are true to our cause, we dont hop on the bandwagons, we stick through it through thick and thin.
We are the true metal of the competition, no matter if we lose or win tonight, i like all other saints fans will stick it through and keep on cheering.
