The supplements survey also found that 12 clubs conducted programs with medium or high levels of supplement use and lacked "a single point of accountability".

So 12 clubs lacked a single point of accountability. Its not a hard stretch to say this was a reason for their lack of adequate documentation.

This survey has found you out for the fraud you are. You don't care one bit that other clubs were also found to have medium to high levels of supplements with poorly documented programs. Youre now simply hiding behind the number 12.

Oh jesus it it any wonder Hird is able to get away with what he has done when the #StandbyHird suicide cultist comes out with this rubbish.

And once again you stated that 12 clubs failed to document all of the substances they used; i and numerous posters have asked to to provide evidence of this but you can't.

And you continue to ignore poor inadequate documentation in a high supplement program. Where's worksafe??

You do know that the quote about Poor documentation could relate to one club , one club who is currently being investigated and accepted a punishment for bringing the game into disrepute.

There is no number to base your assumptions on

Where did you get the number 12 from?
I have no idea

That's great so you admit that you made a mistake and the 12 clubs mentioned does not relate to documentation in any article you linked.

"According to the report, Essendon and 11 other clubs admitted to using supplements that were not clearly understood or documented"

Will this do worksafe? :D

No it won't as it doesn't support your statement that 12 clubs failed to document all of the substances they used.

I am also waiting for you to tell me what section of the OHS Act you believe these 12 clubs broke to breach their due diligence requirements under the Act?

What are you talking about mxett. I am happy to discuss whatever you want about what the speculation on the other 12 clubs means. You however made a definitive statement that you were asked to back up and cannot. Yet instead of admitting it; you rabbit on like a fool.

Show that 12 other clubs had inadequate or as JRoo claims you stated no documentation; or admit you got it wrong. We can then speculate what the 12 other clubs were up to as much as you like.

Thats what he claimed and when i asked him to back this up he deflected.

Is it any wonder the EFC was able to get away with what it has done when it's members are blindly stupid about the risks and harm their players may have been put through under the EFC supplements program.
