Fair enough Jeremias but there seems to be this default position that cause he’s a Silvagni he is destined for our list. The lad needs to show a lot more is the mail I have.

I have no idea about Tom; I haven’t seen even one second of footage.

Just saying I wouldn’t worry too much about what he has or hasn’t done over the past couple of years.

A lot can, and does, change around that age.

Let’s see how he goes through the 2020 season leading up to the draft at the end of the year.

I'm pretty sure Tom was supposed to be the best of the 3 as a kid. Always knew he was going to be a shorter midfielder/flanker type.
Not the impression I got when Jack was on channel 7's Gameday a few years ago. Basically made it sound like his youngest brother was the less talented of the three but more fiesty that him or Ben.
Of course Tom was only about 12 or 13 then so plenty could change in that time but what has not changed is he is not as tall as his older brothers.
Expecting three sons to be all good enough to get drafted is expecting a lot.
A lot of talented fathers do not even have one son drafted.

I thought Ben was meant to be the most talented
We shall see.
I liked what I saw in the small segments of VFL games I caught this year.
But with Liam Jones, Jacob Weitering, Harry McKay and Charlie Curnow almost locks for best 22 when none are injured he going to have to remain patient of getting a chance to get a go in seniors at any stage next season. If he develops more along lines as a key defender I guess when Liam Jones is ready to retire he would have the bulk of size ready after four or five pre-seasons. If he geta a game or three and makes debut in 2020 would be ideal and just renew another two year contract.
By end of his fourth season on list I think Jones would probably be about ready to hang up boots. Play a few games up to then when injury hits other key position players would be my expectation.

Thanks Sos for the great position you have put the club in.
First and foremost, You are a Father of two, possibly more players on an AFL list,.
Its time for you to sit back now and let the next generation of Silvangi's grow and excel at the club.
enjoy your next chapter, but most of all enjoy the path that you have,
1, taught your boys to play this great game at this Great club.
2, excelled at your position of a Recruitment Manager.

GO BLUES.

Who knows Bobcat, Jack and Ben might even flourish not having to play in the shadow of their legendary father around the club.

I just heard that John Elliott defamed SOS on Tom's drive program and they had to apologize and retract within 30 minutes.

Call the club. Press 1 for membership. Give them feedback. I have. In no uncertain terms.

Like, DO something if you don’t like the situation. Don’t just whinge.

AFL should throw every dollar they have at SOS to build Gold Coast. They have capital in gifted picks. Need their cap fixed. Don’t have his sons. 5-6 year build would see them with their best shot at sustainable success and see SOSs career out.
Why would we want sos potentially competing with us and maybe luring/trading our players elsehere?

I’d suggest he does something outside of footy.
