Apparently very serious! I heard from a reliable source that he may have to have his big toe removed! He went to a specialist yesterday and apparently he has an abnormally large big toes which is causing a lot of strain on all of his leg muscles and the quad strain is only the start of continuing leg problems, if the toe is not removed or some how reduced in size dramatically. For those who have not seen his big toes they are comparable in size to a steamed dim sim!
