You wonder why they even ask the players, they are going to make their own story regardless. It is part of the game now though, players are going to leave and some (hopefully) will come in. Getting some success will help retention but will also mean we have a heap of performing players for rivals to target. To me it seems like King, Anderson, Rowell , luko, ballard are super keen to have some success together at the suns and that is outweighing the lure back home.

I remember in his draft year a lot of people saying his ceiling was higher than Rowell’s, but Rowell would have more immediate impact. We’ll never know, due to Rowell’s injuries, but they are working well together at the moment.

Anderson has really exploded the last month after a slow (by his standards) start.
