How is everybodies moon count coming along?

I've just gotten to the Seaside Kingdom and I'm on 117.
I got it today and only played an hour or two. Made it to world 2, but went back to world one because I want to 100% it before I move on. Need about four more moons before I’m done, I think.

If you really can't stand going into a menu to toggle an option off please for the love of god don't ever take up PC gaming.

Huh, think you misunderstood. There are apparently certain actions that CANT be toggled. An option would be lovely.
You haven’t bought the game yet...and yet you are complaining about an optional toggle.

I’m pretty certain I remember you doing similar in other Switch threads in the past. Where did Nintendo hurt you mickelboy? Lol.

Again, as far as I have heard there are some actions that can not be toggled. If that is incorrect, fantastic.

The Switch is my favourite console in years, and I have little doubt Odyssey is going to be in my top handful for GOTY. It's just unpopular being critical over anything these days, though Nintendo fanboys seem to be the most offended. :/

Holy heck, this game is incredible. How epic is that opening portion of New Donk?? There are very, very few games that give me the urge to 100 per cent them, but I have feeling this is going to be one.

Don't seem like a good idea in handheld mode. At least make them optional.
Pretty sure they are optional? I'm certain i saw an option to turn them off.

I don't think this is a spoiler but you can't collect all the power moons until after you have beaten Bowser.

At first I hated the motion controls. But since I've turned the sensitivity up they work great.

For example, when trying to use Cappy's homing at attack on the settings the game starts you with it feels like your trying to jerk off a horse. Whereas once you set the sensitivity to high it feels as natural as running your hands up your missus sides.

They just seem like they'll be a pain in the arse for those of us who plan on playing basically exclusively in handheld mode.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I have about 3 which I have no idea what they are as they are blank on the list and one called Time Run 2 or something. I can probably do Time Run now, but the others after Bowser. I would have wasted hours on that lol.

Ah, I've only been playing on the tv with the pro controller.

This is the best way to play Switch games anyway. The Pro controller is superb. I occasionally play in handheld mode if I'm tired and lying down in bed or on the couch but I usually spend about 70% of my playtime docked in front of my gaming monitor.

Turning up the motion controls sensitivity is a great tip. Much better now.

Damn the music in this game is incredible... only been playing in spurts but astounded by the amount of moons in each level.
Wait till you hear the music for bowsers castle....amazing and at the moment the best level in the game so far for me

Only three stages in but my favourite music so far is when you take control of the dinosaur. In fact the stage music for that level sounds like something from Jurassic Park.
