But even putting that aside, what is the moral issue? The Court is illegitimate, surely beyond any doubt at this point. Any action Biden takes at this point to deal with it is legally acceptable by its own measure.

Isn't it amazing how imbecilic and almost childlike the left narrative has been from even US Supreme court Justices themselves.
Whilst promulgating purported worst case scenarios that would see presidents impeached and removed should they occur, as somehow being evidential of "Above The Law" paradigm creation, the truth is; such has existed since formation. Even at lower levels of public administration, including in this country, immunity is bestowed.
It seems the child-like analytical depth of some, simply cannot grasp or apply analysis to, the reality of leaders/ administrators having no levels of immunity. Every decision made that negatively affects a citizen, from Presidents/Prime Ministers to Ministers, Senators and Administrators could be challenged and threatened in court. Every policy implemented could be challenged and held up in court (already happening to an extent in the US under what has become a mind-hive loss of actual law application in favor of guessing/assuming and applying personal beliefs within the now visibly politicized and corrupted US legal system). Of course the President needs a level of immunity!
It really isn't anything unusual or new at all. The screaming banshee far left child minds masquerading as intelligent beings, (whom have even infiltrated the Supreme court via an apparently dysfunctional vetting system that could enable such low IQ individuals to make it to such important positions), need to be routed from all areas of the justice system and the universities responsible for their "Education".

I like how "conservatism" and "traditionalism" (which is all about maintaining norms that have existed for hundreds of years) suddenly becomes "extremism" in the eyes of leftist activists wanting to tear it all down. Including a senile fool making a historic three minute speech undermining this institution in "the name of democracy" because he can't win an election other than locking up his rival.

You do realise that many of the justices on both sides all studied at the same institutions?
I do agree with your point on the dysfunctional vetting system, though. How else would Kavanaugh make it through?
