We'll see what happens in finals and let that be the judge of where the Swans belong.Go out in straight sets and your probably right. Play in a prelim win lose or draw and you have no f*****g idea. I'm tipping the latter. Stop trying to salvage something out of the wreck of a season Richmond have once again had by knocking clubs Richmond could actually aspire to be as good a club as.

What you do not realise is that Sydney Swans I have the Greatest respect For .deserved to play finals..never at any time have i questioned that..what i do question is there draw which has helped them finish a lot higher on the ladder than they should ...

So we played 3 of last years finalists twice and hawthorn for instance played 4, in a draw where you dont play many teams twice, we finished 7th and they finished 3rd the year before it seems about right surely.

Plus as an interstate side we travel 10 times a year as well.

Given a 60 odd % winning record v fellow top 8 sides what more do you want.

I will happily swap playing the giants twice to another top side, especially in 3-5 years when their kids can play

Well as i said the finals series will either prove that or you will be on here making your apologies right ? If they play in a prelim or beat Pies or Hawks along the way your story does not stand up.

That is exactly what im talking about that extra Gws game can mean finishing two three or even four spots higher on the ladder
..with the likely hood of the Swans getting a home final thats is an unfair edge...needs to be a level playing field ...

Take one gws game out and only go down one spot presuming we cant beat who you replace that game with. As i said about 65% against top 8 sides and combined losing margin only 20 points

Adelaide have already secured their top four position and haven't played GC twice yet anyway. If we had two games against Richmond, Carlton, WB or Essendon we'd still be in the same position and you wouldn't hear about it.

Mind you

Would have loved to have played the GC, GWS and Port twice, the only team outside of the eight we played twice was a pretty competitive Brisbane.

Still, Kudos to Adelaide for a great tur around from last year
