So Collingwood are in a rut. pure and simple.
Lost arguably their best player for a chunk of the season, in the midst of a drug scandal and the players seem genuinely disenchanted with the game.
Great right?... the schadenfreude is real?...
But it sort of sounds eerily familiar, doesn't it?
Collingwood are probably going to have a tough season, just like we did last year, and for the most-part every season since 2013... (granted I think we definitely had a better list than they do now)
We weren't shown any mercy by Collingwood supporters, they were probably up there with the worst in sledging our club through the tough times we've faced in recent years... but I think we sort of owe it to ourselves to... yknow, not be total dicks about it. Our supporters are better than that and I think the best way to make an example of that is to show the courtesy that we weren't given ourselves... because as we know, at this very moment it'd be pretty awful being a Pies supporter.
