I read it as only good "roles" get recruited, not Villagers. So that obviously DOES have a downside, because the Vigilante is more than likely to hit a Villager (and kill them) than recruiting a good role or killing evil.
Agreed there is a downside if that's how the mechanic works. And let's just assume it does for the sake of it.

However, if 3 villagers have been recruited it actually puts the odds of hitting evil/good role at a higher likelihood than hitting villager (15 v 13).

But we don't know who's been recruited, so let's just say it's roughly 50/50 between hitting an evil/good role and hitting a villager.

So the odds are the same, however let's look out the outcome.... Pretty clearly the benefit to hitting an evil/good role greatly outweighs the loss of a villager so I think it's shooting is the better play.

Anyone else think it feels nowhere near as hot as was predicted today? What's with that?

I'm just voting King Tenz

We have no info, it's d1 crapshoot, it's mostly just important that we have a clear vote leader so evil can't manufacture a multi lynch.

Tenz is the leader now and the quicker we get through this phase the better.

I can't remember who ran a game with open phases last, but I'm pretty sure it was evil that wanted to rush through the early phases.

Which is almost nothing to go on, but BEaston please, boncer34 / Tarkyn_24.

Hmmm steangely made me think of Danky Penis.
Not sure why.

Stefan and Vladimir seethed with fury as they watched the Cullens stand idly by, refusing to seize the opportunity presented by the Volturi's retreat. In their eyes, it was a cowardly betrayal of everything they believed in. For centuries, they had adhered to the ancient laws of vampire society, honoring the power and authority of the Volturi.

But now, as the Cullens hesitated to strike, they saw only weakness and indecision. To Stefan and Vladimir, it was a clear sign of the Cullens' lack of commitment to the cause, a refusal to take a stand against the oppressive rule of the Volturi. As the tension simmered between the two factions, Stefan and Vladimir could feel the flames of their anger burning ever hotter.

They vowed to never forget this perceived slight, their resentment fueling their determination to one day settle the score with the Cullens.

But for now fueled by their rage, Vladimir and Stefan sought vengeance on the retreating Volturi, their thirst for blood magnified by their burning desire for retribution. They prowled the forests, their senses honed to detect any sign of the Volturis' presence. But instead of finding their elusive enemies, they stumbled upon a small village nestled at the edge of the woods.

Bluelegs, a humble villager, was the unfortunate soul who crossed paths with the wrathful vampires that fateful night. He had been gathering firewood on the outskirts of the village when Vladimir and Stefan descended upon him like avenging angels of death.

With savage ferocity, they tore into Bluelegs, their fangs sinking deep into his flesh as his screams echoed through the silent night. His blood flowed like a crimson river, staining the forest floor as his life ebbed away in a haze of pain and terror.

Bluelegs (Villager) slaughtered by the Romani Clan.
