So Clarence have gained the services of Alex GILMOUR from UNIVERSITY in the Old Scholars... Wonder if that will effect his job at Jackson Motor Company?

Clinton Brown.... well what can you say? Sacked as North Hobart coach on the Monday and signed to play with Glenorchy on the Wednesday. BUT!!!!!!! HE did contact the Clarence FC first and asked to play there! Told NO!
 
Would be good for the ODFA (I assume thats the league they would enter). What kind of effect would that have on the central hawks though is the thing. I'd assume that they would play their home games at Oatlands and Kempton only if such a move was to happen.

More clubs the better in my opinion. :)

see in the paper thurs that gav branch coach of campaina gun ruckman and i think mat wilson coach of the mounties. swansea and campbelltown had add for coaches a while ago anyone know anything about them pls:)

Swansea announced in the paper the other week Matthew Coppleman is coaching them. I noticed he finished the year with Mount Pleasant last year, perhaps he took the Swansea job out of annoyance at not getting the job at the Premiers. Trent Graham coaching Woodsdale again or following Joker to New Norfolk as was rumoured a few years ago? My money's on him staying put.

Have heard that Paddy Ross and Matthew Heenan are co-coaches of Woodsdale and Trent was not that happy about losing the job and had a meeting with New Norfolk and Richmond are having a crack also.
I reckon he will play with Woodsdale again though..

He is apparently going to Richmond. That is of course until it gets too hard for him and he heads back to Woodsdale.

I've heard on a couple of occasions in previous off-seasons he was heading to Richmond but none eventuated. Stiff to get the chop as coach after getting them to the Grand Final? What was he like as coach, anyone? Did he speak well?
