My wife had Taylor Swift as her number 1 artist on Spotify wrapped, despite barely listening to her.

A colleague had her as her 5th most streamed artist, but was absolutely flabbergasted as she racked up ridiculous listening minutes overall and swears she only listened to a couple of Swift songs a few times for the entire year.

There is something up with how Spotify presents their yearly stats.
I had Bring Me The Horizon in my top 5 artists. They have 13 million monthly listeners.
A band called Boundaries, who released my favourite album of the year and who I played religiously, didn't make the top 5, and only have 142k monthly listeners.

Popularity appears to be boosting streaming numbers, even if they aren't accurate.

Now that I think about it, I reckon my Wrapped is wrong too. I listened to TTPD almost exclusively for 3 months and not one TTPD song made it into my top 5.

And timeframes from 4 weeks, 6 months, this week, today and 2024.

You can also click on any song you're listening to and it tells you the key, beats per minute, first time you listened to it, last time you listened to it, where you rank on the top listeners for that track, and It tells you how many times you've listened it and how many hours you've streamed it for.

apparently the US store got 1-2m (and they can also buy from Target instore and online), but the international stores get 1k. we get treated like chumps every single time.

I read that it took 4-6 mins to sell out after midnight this morning anyway so it’s unlikely you’ll get a copy in that case…but I’ve signed up to be notified when the next stock drop is.

maybe 2 weeks (but depends on item)? I ordered the hoodie on the 3rd, the shipping process began on 6th, and it's supposed to arrive 12th/13th.
