Surely we've had worse than them??

Blumfield in particular was a decent(ish) player, he was good at Essendon, was traded to us because they had no room in their salary cap, and had a terrible run with injuries.

Where's Shane Morrison, Steven Sziller, Jason Baldwin, Ashley Blurton, Craig Ednie etc.?

Knew i forgot a few, namely Mozza.

But i take no prisoners, the most of them were absolute disappointments.

Brad Ottens promised so much, yet delivered so little.

Good players can recover from injuries, if he had any remote potential, he would have stayed on, he obviously didnt.(Blumfield)

Fair enough. I guess he qualifies under disappointing, I was pretty happy when we got him, but he didn't get a lot of use.

Sean Charles was alright from what i remember, particularly in 94, then went a bit off track and ended up going to st.kilda to do jack **** iirc.

Got plenty of single figure game players.

Aaron Keating has to be the ruck for this team, Ben Marsh was a fair enough player was never going to be too helpful to Richmond though could kick a goal down forward if he was put there.
Just Richmond was Richmond at the time.

Urrrgh, the thought of Craig Jacotine running around fills me with dread. Shayne Stevenson was another that brings up the ghost of crap players past, as does Andrew Eccles.

Shayne Stevenson kicked a goal with a broken foot and defeated Ben Graham in a long kicking contest during the lightning premiership. He was a star you moron.
