It's okay, his penis is okay !!

" I’ve been giving this a lot of thought, next time we do this drill we tie multiple guys dicks to one guys dick. "

The look of pure excitement on Roy’s face when he thought Jamie ripped his off and then disappointment when he didn’t. 😂

Didn't really enjoy this episode. Keely stuff bores me. Sam stuff bores me. After a banger last episode they failed to follow up IMO.

I never use my phone during Ted Lasso but found myself scrolling.

At least Sam is part of the team. It feels like the Keeley and Nate subplots belong in different shows - and not ones that I would choose to watch even with all the You've Got Mail references.

There was some good moments. Roy shouting "whistle" (as usual), the kit boy's impersonation of coach Beard, Jamie's character development, Sam and his Dad dancing. But parts of it were a bit of a chore. The string on the penises was downright dumb. It could have been a good 40 minute episode.

I'm in love with both Trent Crimm and Sam's dad.
Ola, the world's wisest man.

And have always liked Trent, sealed by his taste in music demonstrated in the previous episode.

Keeping it Independent.

I'm not sure where Nate's arc is going. At the end of last season it looked like they were going to make him into a bad guy but that hasn't happened? I'm not sure why the writers are trying to make Nate and Jade into a thing?

Keeley's arc makes a bit more sense, as there are parallels between her journey and Rebecca's (Jack lovebombing Keeley was compared to Rupert's attempts to woo Rebecca when the two were dating, and the challenges she faces as the head of her own PR firm are comparable to Rebecca's early struggles as the owner of an EPL side), but yeah at this point it seems tangential to the main story...

Totally agree about the Nate arc, it's almost as if a few important scenes didn't make the final cut and the redemption is a little premature, but let's see what happens next I guess.

About 5 episodes through season 3 - this is really surviving on the strength of the first season (and just)

Season 1 was outstadning but since then its gone downhill. Season 2 was very average and season 3 thus far has been pretty ordinary.

The first 5 episodes were meh. Then a decent episode or 2. Today’s episode was just yikes, boring as all ****.

Surprises me that in a show that is mostly about the growth of most of the characters, that people are surprised that what is effectively the third act of the show that it’s sacrificing some of the laughs and whimsy for resolution of arcs.

Also think the subject matter if that ep will make a lot of fellas uncomfortable.

Appreciated the point they were trying to get across, think the script could have been tightened up and a lot better and the limitations of the actors playing most of the team were on full display in a semi serious scene which I think kind of bluntened the impact.

Yes. If you’re 14.

Most adults wouldn’t be uncomfortable.

This week was a drop in form from the last 2 weeks, although there was a fair bit happening this week.

Ted with the green matchbook and 2 magnets... surely the writers aren't being this obvious in implying that Ted and Rebecca hook up?
God I hope not. It's refreshing to see a genuinely platonic relationship between a man and a woman. I'd hate for them to turn it into a hook up.
I want sexy Amsterdam man to find Rebecca.
