Super. Cases like this make me question the must-have-back-view rule we have for most comps. This is more than adequate.

Ok, new template, need some help in regards to overlays? boots as such.It's meant to be a player kicking the footy.

Looks great, BUT have fun trying to put realistic stripes, hoops and sashes on it.. Like my template, it would be a pain in the arse to add those.. haha.
I like the execution so far, though.

Yeah personally I'd be whipping up designs on a standard template, making sure I get it all right, then using that template for the final product.

Haven't played with it in a while tbh. I've been busy doing my FFL designs on another template. It's still very much a work in progress.

How competitive is this template?
I've been towelled up every time it's in a comp (granted it's had some pretty ordinary designs on it), so I'm not sure whether to stick with it or go down another route with something along the lines of what I was going with previously, I.E. 2D.

Nah, that's better than your previous one. I'd just work on the background (contrast) and make the shadows darker. Can you show us the template on white?
