If you cant spell YOURE I dont think you should be calling people idiots.

Viva I cant find him on the tab listings?. He must be out?. Which bookie did you use?. Its only $10 but thats absolute rubbish they are still allowing bets on him. You will surely get your money back. Also tell them you are disgraced its still up and get some free bets out of them :p

I had no idea he was ineligible either.

Yep, you will surely get your money back.

Are you sure it wasn't an "All in" market?

Get some free bets out of them for sure, or tell them you will be taking your business elsewhere - often works a trick.

I placed it with Unitab, after further investigation i found he is in fact ineligible and sent an email to the tab pretty much asking why the hell i could bet on him if he was ineligible.
I got a reply saying that they apologise and they had not updated thier markets and would recieve a full refund.

considering every player bar ruccuito have polled terrible the year after they won the medal?

There is some basis to this statement, but too most have had if not poor, then certainly poorer years the year after the 'low.

From memory Goodes polled 20 ish after one of his wins.

what makes you confident echuca?

In 2008 and 2009 Swan averaged 25 and 31 touches respectively with a kicking efficiency of 62% for both years. Would say its similar this year and he has kicked 17 goals. Also collingwood are the most even side in the competition and Pendlebury has come in recently...

Selwood has been good this year, but the other guys have all been up and down at geelong, Pods has kicked a few bags, but rarely does a forward get 3 votes with a bag of 5 and steve johnson has been up and down.

Ablett started off strong and has finished strong and has kicked 40 goals which is remarkable for a guy who has played mostly in the midfield...

Basically Swan's not pretty enough and pretty skillfull players who kick goals win brownlow's....go gaz!

i have Ablett to win the Brownlow as the last leg of the of a multi. so i have some hedging to do :D i already have a bit on Hodgeso i am thinking about putting some on Montagna, Swan and Judd to cover my bases as it was only a $5 multi i don't have to much to lose.

Surprised no1 has mentioned Goddard for a place. The bloke gets 30 touches every week. Riewoldt missing for a large chunk and others starting a bit slowly. Goddards start will be more than handy: rnd 2- 29 & 4 goals, rnd 3- 25 & 2 goals, rnd 4- 21 & 5 goals. Then he goes on a big run of disposals.

ablett to win @ 6.00 if im not mistaken you also get 1.5 in that same bet if he comes 2nd or 3rd.

i think i will place some on him. his had a good year and only missed 1 game

Don't worry about Montagna, he's no chance. I'd risk Swan and just hedge with Pendlebury and Judd.

FWIW, i reckon if you take the $2.75 Swan & hang on to your Ablett ticket you will be collecting on the tuesday morning. Would not waste profit on the others as i reckon the top 2 have it to themselves, FWIW i still think Swan is in front.
