Watched a bit of your blokes training this morning at McCrae beach .
Not a lot to report , mainly exercises on the sand but then they shed their tops and hit the water for some swimming and board paddling.
Gee Taylor Adams is built like a brick shithouse !! Very powerful looking bugger .
Happy to report that Jamie Elliott joined in everything and looked in great shape after missing last year ... too good a player to be lost to the game through injury
