I read that a few weeks ago and damn it is a good read.

i read The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton as a supplementry to Catcher in The Rye. I'd recomend it if you can get your hands on it...it wasnt bad.


But now I'm reading Michael Ondaatje's In The Skin of A Lion for the 3rd time. It's near impossible to follow

Martin Amis The Information.

Not his best, but still comprised of his usual mix of smarmy pretentiousness and quite clever/funny. Much prefer his angry father, Hitchens or Larkin...

The last few I've read were "Breath" by Tim Winton (good but far from his best IMO) and "Enduring Love" by Ian McEwan. (REALLY good).

I'm now reading the 2007 Booker Prize winner, "The Gathering" by Anne Enright. While it's enjoyable, it proves to me that sometimes Award winners aren't all they're cracked up to be. Just my view.
