Group A
Afghanistan are the first shock elimination of the tournament, with their loss to the Netherlands ending their hopes of getting through to the next round. The top three would be favourites to go through, with Guyana needing a big win over the Afghans and either Nepal to stun England or the loser of Ned vs Ban to drop their NRR far enough to go above them. It's not impossible, but it's unlikely. England, having not topped the group for the whole tournament, could end up in first.
Group B
A similar scenario to Group A faces Ireland, who also face the eliminated 5th placed team in the final round. T&T, having started the tournament on a high, are now in serious danger of missing out, because it is conceivable that they could drop their NRR low enough against Pakistan for Ireland to overtake them. India and Pakistan, on the other hand, are so far ahead that they have little to worry about.
Group C
New Zealand are the only team to be guaranteed a place in the next round, as they have yet to lose. Their last match is against second placed Hong Kong, who have looked impressive in their wins but dismal in their losses. Despite being in second, they need things to go their way in the last round to get through if they can't upset NZ. Australia plays Jamaica, who haven't been too impressive other than their thumping of HK, while Barbados plays Canada, who likewise only looked decent when thrashing Jamaica.
Group D
The Islands are somehow topping the group that they were seeded last in, and face a seriously unimpressive South Africa in the last round. They aren't guaranteed to go through, as they can still be overtaken by four of the teams below them, but they should feel confident about at least nabbing a spot. Zimbabwe, at the other end of the table, also aren't out of it, but they face Scotland last, who have looked pretty good despite their performance against the Islands. It is quite likely that one of South Africa and Sri Lanka will not make it, and it is noteworthy that the top three are not Test playing nations, while the bottom three are.
