Umpire made a mistake, cause he thought there was bat, with no bat, surely he has to make another decision saying if there is no bat do I give it out or not.

Height, hawkeye had it bouncing higher than it would have based on the actual delivery, and even then it was still hitting the stumps.

There were 2 noises, ump called not out, Zim called review, was no bat, was pad on pad, but went to umpires call because according to hawkeye less than half the ball was hitting the stumps, and even though umpire called it not out based on 2nd noise, it was still not out...

Excellent summary, it was plumb, India will use this as the example why DRS should not be used, there was no way the ball was going over.
