No problem with overseas deaths, however for example, Ben Cousins decides to have a blinder for New Years, tearing it up in Northbridge, someone spikes the unsuspecting Ben's drink/crack pipe, and falls off the perch at 10.30pm Western time. Would count as a 2014. It goes to the time AEST. Any 2015 deaths must have occurred after 12:00:00AEST 1 January 2015.
