Bucks might be the make or break game for him.
But the question is who is available and best suited for the 76ers?

The Toni and Al contracts are killers for The Sixers.

And they gave up most of their decent assets for a rental in Jimmy Buckets.

Brett Brown's coaching hasn't helped either, but the main blame for The Sixers is Elton Brand and ownership.

Embiid playing like a selfish, lazy, disinterested bum lately doesn't help either.

The whole organization has a pretty bad culture/chemistry at the moment and it's time to.write them off as a player in the East this seas

They’d have to sack him in the next 5 games if they were to do so probs need at least the new coach to have 20-30 games before the playoffs.

Some Celtics fans roasted Danny Ainge for letting Al Horford go, but I think he Has been vindicated by Al's erratic play in Philly so far (6 points v the Heat lol)

He simply doesn't have great chemistry with Embiid.

Letting shamet go as part of the Harris trade looked a silly move at the time as well

Would be handy off the bench for them now

There bench depth is terrible

Well how many teams were going to give al the max at this point in his career I always thought it was the right move by singe to let him go.

Suns and Pistons discussing a trade centered around Luke Kennard.

One of the few Pistons I actually like.

I like Kennard too.

The trick with players of his ilk is getting them on the right kind of contract. If the Pistons were confident of getting him to agree to an extension in the $10-15 million range, I'd be inclined to keep him next to Doumbouya as the foundation for a complete rebuild.

Part of me thinks maybe they dont have any trust in his knees.

However I fully expect him to join players like Middleton and Dinwiddie that we let go and they become very good basketball players.

I'd be shocked if he survives. When you start losing games consistently by 10+ points then there's something seriously wrong. Whether he has lost the players I have no idea but something has to be done.

I see what you're saying but why ride out all the 'trust the process' years to throw it away after a bad patch.

I get it. They're not where they should be with the personnel they have. But whats the alternative? Blow it up and start again? Bring in a new coach to try to take over with a different system in 20-21?

Horford is still very good, he just can't play the 4 anymore. He's still a damn good 5 but can't play there because of Embiid.

This seems to be their major problem.
They went and got pieces that didn't fit together.

Butler, Horford, Richardson, Harris.
All good players, but do/did they fit?

His whole career he has been the main big man wherever he has been now he has to play second to embiid and he isn't use to it. But still serviceable on D though.
