3 times Lebron has kicked out to an ipen guard who chose not to shoot (Caruso once and Rondo twice).

And they just can't play lineups with 2 of Rondo, Howard and Caruso in the game.

It was very obvious in that game. Open players simply refused to shoot.

Also worth pointing out AD 0/6 from deep, Giannis 5/8. That is essentially the game right there.
